Welcome to Protect Your PC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our cybersecurity protection services, website, and applications. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using Protect Your PC services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
Service Description: We provide subscription-based cybersecurity protection including real-time threat monitoring, malware removal, security updates, and customer support designed to protect your personal computers and data.
User Responsibilities: You must maintain account security, comply with acceptable use policies, provide accurate information, make timely payments, and use services lawfully and ethically.
Key Limitations: We limit liability for service interruptions, do not guarantee 100% threat prevention, require arbitration for disputes, and reserve rights to modify or terminate services with appropriate notice.

Protect Your PC provides subscription-based cybersecurity protection services. By subscribing, you gain access to comprehensive PC protection features, real-time threat monitoring, automated security updates, and customer support.
Your subscription begins upon payment confirmation and continues on a recurring basis (monthly) unless canceled. We reserve the right to modify service features with 30 days advance notice.
Service availability is subject to internet connectivity and compatible system requirements. We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.
Minimum system requirements: Windows 10 or later, macOS 10.15 or later, 4GB RAM, 500MB available storage, and stable internet connection with minimum 5 Mbps bandwidth.
You are responsible for maintaining compatible hardware and software. We provide technical support for setup and troubleshooting but cannot guarantee compatibility with all system configurations or third-party software.
Automatic updates may be required to maintain service functionality and security. Disabling updates may compromise protection effectiveness and violate service terms.
We employ industry-standard security protocols and threat detection algorithms. However, no security solution can guarantee 100% protection against all threats. Protection effectiveness depends on proper configuration, regular updates, and user compliance with security best practices.
Real-time monitoring operates continuously when your device is connected to the internet. Offline protection relies on last-updated threat definitions. We recommend maintaining regular internet connectivity for optimal protection.
Response times for threat detection and remediation vary based on threat complexity, system resources, and network conditions. Critical threats are prioritized for immediate action.
As a subscriber, you agree to maintain security standards, comply with usage policies, and fulfill payment obligations. Violating these terms may result in service suspension or account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

The following activities are strictly forbidden and may result in immediate account termination
Consequences of Violations:
Violations of user obligations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, legal action, and referral to law enforcement for illegal activities. We maintain logs for compliance verification.
Our subscription model ensures continuous protection through automatic billing. Understanding payment terms, renewal policies, and refund procedures helps you manage your subscription effectively.
Monthly subscriptions: $29.99/month billed monthly. Custom pricing based on number of licenses and features required.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Stripe with PCI-DSS compliance.
New subscribers can request a full refund within 30 days of initial purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Only first-time subscriptions qualify.
Failed payments result in immediate service suspension. You have 7 days to update payment information before account cancellation. Late fees ($5) may apply after 3 failed payment attempts.
Pricing Changes:
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 60 days advance notice. Existing subscribers are grandfathered at current rates for 12 months before price changes apply. You may cancel before price increases take effect.
Refund Policy Exclusions:
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to first-time subscriptions. Renewals, enterprise plans, and promotional subscriptions are non-refundable. Refunds are not available for service violations or account terminations.
These legal provisions protect both parties' interests and establish clear boundaries for liability, warranties, dispute resolution, and intellectual property rights.

Your privacy is paramount. Our comprehensive Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, protect, and share your personal information in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection regulations.
Data Collection: We collect account information, payment details, device data, usage analytics, and support communications necessary to provide services.
Data Usage: Information is used for service delivery, payment processing, security monitoring, platform improvement, and customer support.
Your Rights: You have rights to access, correct, delete, port, and restrict processing of your personal data. Exercise these rights through your account settings or by contacting privacy@pcprotectionhub.com.
Both parties have rights to terminate the service agreement under specific conditions. Understanding termination procedures and post-termination effects ensures a smooth process.
Cancel anytime through account settings. Access continues until current billing period ends. No partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
We may terminate accounts for Terms violations, fraudulent activity, or extended payment default with 7 days notice (immediate for serious violations).
Upon termination: Service access ends immediately, account data retained for 90 days then permanently deleted, no refunds for unused time.
Financial records retained for 7 years (legal requirement), usage analytics anonymized after 90 days, personal data deletion available upon request.
Reactivation Policy:
Suspended accounts can be reactivated by resolving payment issues or violations within 30 days. After 30 days, accounts are permanently closed. Terminated accounts for serious violations cannot be reactivated.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules, conducted in Indianapolis, Indiana.
For users outside the United States, we comply with applicable local consumer protection laws that may provide additional rights not waived by these Terms. European users retain all rights under GDPR and EU consumer protection directives.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be communicated through multiple channels:
Continued use of our services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to cancel your subscription before the effective date without penalty.
